Published in June 2009 in the UK and in the USA (under slightly different titles), this appears to be her valedictory. It deals extensively with her early life, her rapid rise to fame and what looked like enduring tennis stardom, only to be derailed by the Hamburg incident. Whilst her body recovered, it is clear her mind did not, at least not in the same time-scale. So the years since Hamburg have been rather traumatic. She describes the many pressures on her over that time, pressures of a personal nature that precluded her from achieving her goal of re-establishing her career at the top. It seems that she has now abandoned all that and is leading a peaceful life.
