Mansour has brought a breath of fresh air into the otherwise rather serious Men's tennis world. Over the last 10 years, he has entertained crowds of tennis enthusiasts all over the world with his amazing feats of artictic tennis wizadry on the tennis court, especially at doubles where he excels. His life story was published several years ago in French, and now here it is in English, very slightly brought up to date and corrected.
His early life in Persia (now Iran) is covered in which he describes the tough regime under which he lived, until he moved to the west and became domiciled in France, where he reached the final of the French Open Men's doubles.
The book is a medium sized paperback (15cm x 22.5cm) with 185 pages and many photos. It is available at £19 which includes either 1st class UK postage or worldwide airmail postage.
Mansour signed all my copies on Tuesday 1st December when I visited the Royal Albert Hall for the first day of this year's Masters' week.
